Steps to Setup Zebra ZQ 521 Printers

1. Open Control Panel > View Devices and Printers

2. Select the correct printer from the list and right-click.

3. Select Printing Preferences > Tools> Action > Send file.

4. Select the three dots at the bottom right-hand of the screen 

5. Search for file: Google Drive>My Drive> Strategic>Technical Services> Customer Files> White Cap> ZQ521 

6. Next, search for the following file: WhiteCap_ZQ521_Settings_Configuration.cpcl

7. Click Send button. you should see an envelope flashing on the device's screen. Wait for the envelope to go away.

8. Browse and select the file Language_Config.txt.

9. Click Send button; you should see an envelope flashing on the device's screen. Wait for the envelope to go away.
