CAUTION: To avoid damage to the microSD card slot, do not pull the microSD card out of the microSD Card slot. Push the microSD card in to eject it.

1. If powered on, Press and hold the Power button until the menu appears.

2. Touch Power off.

3. Lift the notched corner of the battery cover and carefully lift the battery cover off the device.

   • On the 10.1” version, push the two locking tabs up, then lift the battery up.

4. Insert the microSD card with contacts facing down.

5. Push the microSD card in and ensure that it locks into place.

6. Replace the battery.

7. Press the battery down to ensure the two battery latches engage.

8. Replace the battery cover.

9. After Staging complete, repeat these steps to remove the microSD card.

1. Tap 8 times on the Hi there screen > Camera will open

2. Scan the QR code for enrollment with camera

3. This device belongs to your organization will appear > Select next

4. Getting ready for work setup... will appear for up to 30 seconds

5. Let's set up your work device will appear > Select Accept & continue

6. This device isn't private will appear > Select Next

7. Scroll up on Google Services > Select Accept

8. MobiControl will come up and begin enrollment > Select RETRY if needed

9. Tap Google Play Account acknowledgement from the agent

10. MobiControl will begin staging

11. On computer: open browser > click link to go to MobiControl and login

    • https://s108519.mobicontrolcloud.com/mobicontrol/webconsole?nosso=true

    • user: sst

    • password: Password22

12. Confirm search group is set to All Devices > In search box type Hardware Serial Number ENDS WITH type last 6 digits

    • Scroll up to see the device name listed on the lockdown for example TC52-22126524201804

13. Click on the matching device name > select RENAME button (top right pencil icon) 

14. Add the site prefix for the site the device is for. Prefix's below per site:

    • Binghamton = BINGHAMTONDC-TC52-serialNumber

    • Batavia = BATAVIADC-TC52-serialNumber

15. Select RENAME > press the refresh icon with the red dot > Device name will show updated in web console

16. Select ESC X on right corner to close the device details

17. On left under DEVICE GROUPS > search for site name > results will appear and below is each group name that will be used

    • Binghamton = \\AutoPlusAP\AP StoreDC\NA\USA\EST\New York\10413 BINGHAMTON

    • Batavia = \\AutoPlusAP\AP StoreDC\NA\USA\EST\New York\10414 BATAVIA

18. Click and hold on the device icon to drag it into the group folder for the site referenced above > Select MOVE 

19. Press the refresh icon with red dot > Path value will update to the device group it was moved to 

20. Once the AUTO PLUS Store lockdown appears > Press and Hold the triangle BACK button

21. Select Administrator > type in xineohp for password > Select OK

22. Press circle HOME

23. Swipe up > select Settings app

24. Select Apps & notifications > Select Advanced > select Special app access

25. Select Modify system settings > Select MobiControl > switch toggle ON > press back twice

26. Select Notification access > switch toggle ON for MobiControl > select ALLOW > press circle Home

27. Swipe up > open MobiControl agent app

28. Select Profiles > Confirm all green Installed status

29. Press and hold back button > select User Mode

30. Tap each app to open and circle to go back to Lockdown home

    • Indago RF > Error... Netowrk Connectivity Issues! will appear > press circle Home

    • Velocity > no profiles listed > press circle Home

    • Calculator > > press circle Home

    • Settings > select CONTINUE > select OK > press circle Home

    • Bluetooth Pairing Utility >  barcode shows > press circle Home

31. On device lockdown > scroll up and confirm device rename appears

32. Power down device > remove battery > remove access door for microSD card > remove microSD card > replace access door. 

33. Logout SOTI once completed with updating device names

1. Login to Auto Plus SOTI One

   • autoplusap.identity.soti.net

2. Access MobiControl

3. Select site group for the order

4. Search for staged device serials from work order

5. Confirm Device Details

   • OEM Version = 10-16-10.00-QG-U138-STD-HEL-04 

6. Confirm Configuratuons

   • AP-Stores-Core-Apps = Installed

   • Zebra TC52 - ET51 - Lockdown AP Store = Installed

7. QA Completed
