The TC72s will need to be licensed for Velocity. Solutions Engineering will update the Work Order with the Velocity License, serial number, and user number on the work Roll Out Details sheet. You will be provided barcodes for scanning in the license. WiFi MAC address will also need to be captured for each serial number. Example Image below:

*NOTE* - Follow steps below for specific sites > Continue to staging if email to customer is not required.
For Mount Joy site: Open the work order and scan the serial numbers and MAC addresses for each device.
For site below: Send an email to point of contact for network passphrase.

Update roll-out details on Work Order: Serial Number and WiFi MAC based passphrases.
For sites with Device MAC Specific WiFi Passphrases- Update roll-out details on Work Order with customer provided details. Solutions Engineering will update Device WiFi folder with additional barcodes and update Zendesk Work Order to proceed with staging the devices.

Power on device
On Hi there screen scan StageNow barcodes: A13-FullUpdate-13.29.10-U02
If you receive a device that is not on Hi there running Android 8, scan the MX8.1_Factory Reset barcode first.
The device will restart and show Hi There!
If the device is not on the welcome screen, Open StageNow > scan barcode: MX13.1_FactoryReset
The device is upgraded. Proceed to staging.

Staging
There are 2 staging barcodes used for each site: WiFi and Image. The same steps are used below for each site.
On the Hi There! screen > Scan the site WiFi barcode
Select Stage Another Profile
Before scanning the next barcode > Confirm the WiFi signal is full and connected
Scan the site Image barcode > Wait until EHS shows
The Enterprise Home Screen will appear with Velocity and calculator
Select the 3 dots on top right corner > Select Tools
Select StageNow > Press Exit
Select Admin Login
Enter password: symbol
Privileged Settings for admin window appears > Select OK
Select Privileged Settings for Admin > Select Enable > Select OK
Press Back
Select Settings app
Select Network & Internet
Select Internet
Scroll down > Select Saved Networks > Confirm SITE WiFi is saved (example name starts with devicenet-xxxx)
Press circle home icon
Select 3 dots menu on top right corner > Select Tools > Select Admin Logout
Open Velocity > Confirm SITE HOST profile is listed
Tap HOST profile name > Select Add License
Scan in each information requested with the license barcodes provided by Solutions Engineering

Authorization Code
User Limit (manually type in the limit number)
User Number (manually type in the user number)
Press Add License and License Added Successfully message will appear
Select the hamburger menu (3 black lines) on bottom right corner > Press Yellow X
Re- open Host profile to confirm the License prompt does not return

Press home circle and remove battery

Insert battery and boot into Android Recovery
Press and hold both power & PTT key
Release the keys after vibration and Zebra logo appears
Android Recovery menu will boot up

Select the 3 dots on top right corner > Select Tools
Select Admin Login
Enter password: symbol

Press Back

Open Velocity > Confirm SITE HOST profile is listed
Tap HOST profile name
Select the hamburger menu (3 black lines) on bottom right corner
Select About > confirm Licenses for is listed > Press OK
Select the hamburger menu (3 black lines) on bottom right corner > Press Yellow X
Press home circle and remove battery
