Device Build
This guide will help you prepare and build all parts for the Disney Costuming TC53E use case. Please refer to the picture provided below for visual guidance.
Tools Needed
Using the excel sheet that comes attached with the Work Order in Zendesk, capture all serials. Use the "Roll Out Details" tab to capture this information. Refer to the "Device Capture Example" for a visual if needed.Ā

TC53E
RFD Device
Once complete, continue to the "Install the TC53E Screen Protector" section
A few tips before you begin
Gather your supplies: You'll need the screen protector, a microfiber cleaning cloth, a dust removal sticker (included), and optionally, a small squeegee or credit card.
Wash your hands: This helps prevent fingerprints and smudges on the screen protector.
Make sure your workstation is clean and dust-free: This minimizes the chance of dust getting trapped under the protector.
Clean the screen: Thoroughly wipe the TC53E's screen with the microfiber cloth to remove any dust, fingerprints, or smudges.
Remove dust: Use the dust removal sticker to pick up any remaining dust particles.
Peel off the backing: Carefully peel off the first layer of the screen protector, usually labeled "1" or "Back." Hold it by the edges to avoid touching the adhesive side.
Align the protector: Align the screen protector with the TC53E's screen, ensuring the cutouts for the camera, speaker, and buttons match perfectly.
Apply the protector: Gently place the screen protector onto the screen, starting from one edge and slowly working your way across.
Smooth out bubbles: If any air bubbles appear, use the squeegee or credit card to gently push them out towards the edges of the screen.
Once complete, the results should look like the picture below
