**Process use files found on shared drive at Technical Services\Customer Files\Compass Group\Canteen\TC58**
Capture the following fields from the work order. This information is entered into specific areas found under the 'Roll Out Details' tab, which include:
Serial Number
Serial + S
SKU
IMEI #1
Last 4 of IMEI
Carrier Number (SIM Card) << Found in a bin labeled "Compass SIM Cards"
Device Location

Open your Gmail and compose a new message.
Copy and paste the following recipient list:

Use the following subject line:
Subject: AT&T SIM Activation Request for Canteen TC58 Devices
Insert the following email body and paste the table of SIM card numbers from the Work Order:
Body:
Compass Team,
Please activate the SIM cards for the TC58 devices listed below.
[Paste SIM Card Table Here] << Please refer to the example image below
Kindly notify us once the activations are complete.
After verifying all information is correct, send the email.

Proceed to the "Asset Tag Application" section
Log In to the Laptop:
Log into the Staging Lab laptop.
(Note: Login credentials are listed on a label affixed to the underside of the laptop.)
Launch Bartender Software and Open Template:
Open the Bartender application from the Windows taskbar. The icon is a blue square pinned to the taskbar at the bottom of the screen.
When prompted, select and open the template file named "Compass Label Manual". This is located in the "Bartender Documents" folder.
Enter Device Identifier:
The label template will load, displaying three data entry boxes.
In all three boxes, enter the last four digits of the device's IMEI number.
Print the Label:
Navigate to File > Print (or click the printer icon).
Confirm the selected printer is "SSTZDPrinter".
Click Print.
Apply the Labels: Refer to the pictures below for correct placement.
Carefully affix one printed label to each of the following three locations:
On the back of the device itself.
On the front of the device's box.
On the plastic card the SIM card was removed from (the ICCID card).
Asset Tag Placements
Proceed to the "Zero Touch Registration" section
Login to Zero Touch reseller portal (https://enterprise.google.com/android/zero-touch/resellers/1036920028/devices). Link must be opened in "Incognito" mode.

Select the "Devices" option
Select + Add device on top right
Select Compass Group | 1011649664 in customer name
Select the "IMEI" option
Paste in IMEI #1 and select Add
Proceed to the "Zero Touch Customer Configuration Assignment" section
Login to Zero Touch configuration portal (https://enterprise.google.com/android/zero-touch/customers/1400236169/configurations#a=652733522&p=configurations-page). Link must be opened in "Incognito" mode.

Select "Compass Group" in the top left dropdown
Select devices
Enter the IMEI in search field
Select the "Edit" dropdown located to the far right of the device entry
From the dropdown menu, choose the appropriate configuration option:
Select "CTG AE PROD"
Select "Save" once complete
Proceed to the "Micro SD Card Load" section
The Micro SD cards can be found in a bin labeled "Compass SD Cards". Ensure your Micro SD card is pre-loaded with the "NE_FULL_UPDATE_14-15-22.00-UG-U15-STD-NEM-04" file. If the Micro SD card does not contain this specific file, download the file located at the top of this SOP and transfer it to the Micro SD card. The files are also located in this link.
Install Micro SD Card
Follow the illustration below.
Proceed to the "Load Approved OS" section

While holding the top button on the left side of the device (PTT Button), begin holding down the power button until you see the Zebra logo on the screen
Releasing the buttons, wait for the android recovery screen to appear
While on the recovery screen, pay close attention to the OS version the device is on. This can be located at the top of the screen (below the yellow text "Zebra/TC58e").
Using the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select, choose either “apply upgrade from SD card” or “apply downgrade from SD card” *** The OS version the device is on will determine what option to choose . Example below ***
If the device is above NE_FULL_UPDATE_14-15-22.00-UG-U15-STD-NEM-04, select “apply downgrade from SD card”
If the device is below NE_FULL_UPDATE_14-15-22.00-UG-U15-STD-NEM-04, select “apply upgrade from SD card”
Next, select the "NE_FULL_UPDATE_14-15-22.00-UG-U15-STD-NEM-04" file
The device will being processing the file (this will take some time).
Once finished, the device will say “Install from SD card complete” below. Select “Power off”
Remove the Micro SD card from the device and place it back into the "Compass SD Cards" bin.
Power back on the device and let it boot to the "Hi there" screen.
Proceed to the "Initial Device Setup" section
Start: At the "Hi there" welcome screen, tap Start.
Connect to Wi-Fi: Select and connect to the designated staging network (e.g., SSTStaging or SST Guest Access).
Organization Setup:
The device will automatically connect to Google.
On the "This device belongs to your organization" page, tap Next.
On the "Compass’ Terms and Conditions" page, tap ACCEPT.
On the "Let’s set up your device" page, tap Accept & continue.
On the "This device isn’t private" page, tap Next.
Note: The device will go through several automatic AirWatch and Google configuration screens. The order of these steps may vary slightly.
Application Installation:
On the "Install Applications" screen, wait for all required apps to finish installing. The "SKIP" button will change to CONTINUE.
Once all apps are installed, tap CONTINUE.
Final Setup Screens:
Hub Permissions: If the "Always accessible (HUB)" screen appears, tap GOT IT.
Google Services: Ensure all toggles are ON, scroll down, and tap ACCEPT.
Completion: On the "Your device is ready to go!" page, tap Done.
The device will automatically begin the Launcher setup process. This may take a few minutes before a navigation screen appears.
Once the "Hub and Launcher permissions" screen appears, proceed to the "Launcher & Permission Configuration" section
Get Started: On the "Hub and Launcher permissions" screen, scroll to the bottom and tap GET STARTED.
Enable Write Settings:
On the "Write Settings" instruction screen, tap GO TO SETTINGS.
Turn the "Allow modifying system settings" toggle ON.
Tap the Home button to return.
Enable Notification Access:
On the "Notification Access" instruction screen, tap GO TO SETTINGS.
Select Launcher.
Turn the "Allow notification access" toggle ON and tap ALLOW in the confirmation pop-up.
Tap the Home button to return.
Note: If you are inactive for too long, the instruction screen may reappear. Simply tap GO TO SETTINGS again.
Proceed to the "One Cup Application Setup" section
Wait for Staging: Allow the device to fully load the Launcher. Swipe right to confirm all 7 apps are present on both home screens. If apps are missing, wait for staging to complete.
Open One Cup: Once the Launcher is fully loaded, open the One Cup application.
Select "Allow" for the manage phone and files prompt.
Exit One Cup: Go back to the main lockdown screen
Proceed to the "AirWatch Device Renaming" section
Log into AirWatch: On your computer, navigate to the AirWatch portal:

Username: SSTC

Find the Device: In the search bar, type the last four digits of the device's IMEI number to locate it.
Rename the Device:
Click the pencil icon next to the device entry.
Delete the existing Friendly Name.
Enter the new name in the format: [Operation Name-IMEI#]
Example: Charlotte-352724112411722
Click Save.
Proceed to the "Final Verification Checklist" section
Open the Hub Application:
The Welcome to Hub page should be open. Tap the Support icon (bottom right).
Tap the CZ icon (top right).
Select This Device.
Scroll down and select Managed Apps.
Verify the following 5 applications are listed:
Launcher
OneMarket
OneCup
OneVend Mobile
OneWarehouseMobile
Tap Back when done.
Check Products:
On the "This Device" page, select Products.
Verify the following 5 products have a status of Completed:
CTG AE PROD - OneMarket Video Files
CTG AE PROD - OneVend Video Files
CTG AE PROD - Clock Settings
CTG AE PROD - Set Enterprise Keyboard
CTG AE PROD - APN
Verify the product "CTG AE PROD - Clear Google App Cache" has a status of Download Pending.
Tap Back when done.
Check Profiles:
On the "This Device" page, select Profiles.
Verify all 9 profiles are listed (e.g., Android Default Settings, SharedDeviceSettings, etc.).
Verify Video Files:
Return to the Launcher home screen and tap the Files app.
Navigate to the Videos folder.
Confirm that the OneMarket folder contains 10 videos.
Confirm that the OneVend folder contains 8 videos.
Once all checks are complete, the device staging is complete.
