PH - Device Zero Touch Enrollment

Make a copy of Google Sheet "** Roll-Out Details Template **" in the folder Google Shared Drive > Strategic > Strategic Resources > WORK ORDERS and save with the name "SOXXXXXX - Piedmont Healthcare" where SOXXXXXX is the Sales Order number.

Select the Roll Out Details

• Add Serial Number

• Add SKU (Part Number)

• Save

Log into Zero Touch using the following login information below:

• User name: zt.admin@sstid.com

• Password: Mdm4Life! 

Select Devices on the left side 

Select + Add device on top right corner

Enter customer name and select PIEDMONT HOSPITAL INC | 1567696448

Select Serial Number

Enter Manufacturer: zebra technologies

Enter Model: wt6300 OR mc3300ax OR tc53e

Copy paste or scan the Serial numbers to register (separate each serial with a new line, space, colon, or comma)

Select Add > # device added will appear > select Done

Access the Customer-ZT-Portal bookmark link

Select PIEDMONT HOSPITAL INC  from the dropdown 

Select Devices

Search the serial number

Select the Edit button to update the configuration > Select the appropriate configurations based on the Model:

• Update WT6300 device to Configuration ID: WSO CN420 - AtPar Zebra WT6300

• Update MC3300ax device to  Configuration ID: WSO CN420 - AtPar MC33AX

• Update TC53e device to Configuration ID: WSO CN420 - AtPar Zebra TC53

Click Save

Confirm Serial number references updated Configuration in the search results

Login to Zero Touch 

Access Piedmont Healthcare Customer portal

search and confirm each serial number is registered and assigned correct configuration based on model:

• WT6300 device Configuration: WSO CN420 - AtPar Zebra WT6300

• MC3300ax device Configuration: WSO CN420 - AtPar MC33AX

• TC53e device Configuration: WSO CN420 - AtPar Zebra TC53
