**Using the files located in the shared drive: Technical Services\Customer Files\Delta\REX\ZQ52X\ZQ521_BelowWingBluetoothConfiguration**

Steps to Setup Zebra ZQ 521 Printers for models (ZQ52-AUN1000-00 / ZQ52-BUE1000-00)

NOTE: You’ll need receipt media inside the unit to complete the provisioning process.

Search for file: Google Drive>My Drive> Strategic>Technical Services> Customer Files> Delta> REX> ZQ52X>

ZQ521_BelowWingBluetoothConfiguration> Select Approved Firmware> ZQ521FW>ZV91_21_04Z.zpl **Or latest approved**

a) The printer will begin downloading firmware and then restart

b) Once it restarts, it will continue to load the file. It will be completed when the configuration begins to print.

c) Once the configuration label prints, tear it off and discard.

Next, search for the following file: ZQ520ACS_ConfigRev02.txt
Click Send button. The device will restart.
Browse and select the file PLB.CSF.
Click Send button; you should see an envelope flashing on the device's screen. Wait for the envelope to go away.
Browse and select the PLM.CSF file. Follow the same process in the previous step.
Print the device's config profile. Do this by holding down both the "Check Mark" button and the "Feed" button (button to the right of the check mark button) for 5 seconds.
Once the configuration label prints, tear it off and highlight the device's software version. Version should be "ZV91_21_04Z" or latest approved.
Remove receipt media from device.
Asset tag the device box, the device, and the Bluetooth mac over the Zebra logo as show below
Roll the configuration label up and insert media into the device. - Staging is complete

**Asset Tags are supplied by Delta, but Bluetooth MAC labels are created by SST Tech**
