The TC73s will need to be licensed for Velocity. Solutions Engineering will update the Work Order with the Velocity License, serial number, and user number on the work Roll Out Details sheet. You will be provided barcodes for scanning in the license. WiFi MAC address will also need to be captured for each serial number. Example Image below:
*NOTE* - Follow steps below for specific sites > Continue to staging if email to customer is not required.
For all sites: Open the work order and scan the serial numbers and MAC addresses for each device.
For site below: Send an email to point of contact for network passphrase. Add the information you have: serial number and WIFI MAC address.

Update roll-out details on Work Order with additional customer provided details: WiFi Password
Open StageNow
Select Create new Profile > Set MX version to MX 13.1 > Select Xprert Mode > Select Create
Enter Profile name: TE-[SITENAME]-WIFI-TC73-[DEVICENAME] > Select Start
Add CONFIG SETTINGS > Select Wi-Fi and HostsMgr > Select Add
For Wi-Fi settings > set:
Specify Advanced Options: Check the box
MAC Randomization: Disable
Network Action: Select Add a New Network from the dropdown
SSID: enter in the WiFi name
Security Mode: Personal from the dropdown
WPA-Personal Mode: WPA from dropdown
Passphrase: enter in the MAC based password associated to the device
Select Continue
For HostsMgr settings > set Device name as the customer provided device name
Select Continue
Select Complete Profile
Check the box for JS PDF417 > select TEST > PDF of staging barcode will open
Select Save As > Choose directory location for site:

Power on device
Scan the StageNow barcode A14-OS_Build-14.20.14-U110.
Device reboots
Navigate to Settings > About Phone > Build number = 14-20-14.00-UG-U110-STD-ATH-04
Open StageNow and continue to Staging steps.
There are multiple sites available for TE Connectivity. There are 2 staging barcodes used for each site: WiFi and Image. The same steps are used below for each site.
Scan the site WiFi barcode
For Mount Joy, each device has a designated passphrase to connect to the WiFi -> Follow the work order roll-out detail and scan the appropriate WiFi barcode per device serial number. For Example device name K07WHRF1 > Scan barcode TE-Tullahoma_MC94-WiFi-K07WHRF_1.
Check Settings > About Phone > Device Name will be listed for the device number barcode scanned for WiFi
Select Stage Another Profile
Before scanning the next barcode > Confirm the WiFi signal is full and connected
Scan the site Image barcode
The Enterprise Home Screen will appear:
Mount Joy - Velocity
Select the 3 dots on top right corner > Select Tools
Select StageNow > Press Exit
Select Admin Login
Enter password:
Mount Joy - symbol
Privileged Settings for admin window appears > Select OK
Press Back
Select Settings app
Select Network & Internet
Select Wi-Fi
Scroll down > Select Saved Networks > Confirm SITE WiFi is saved (example name starts with devicenet-kxxx or TEdigfac-xxx)
For Mac based password confirm device name - Check Settings > About Phone > Device Name will be listed for the device number barcode scanned for WiFi
Press circle home icon
Select 3 dots menu on top right corner > Select Tools > Select Admin Logout
Open Velocity > Confirm SITE HOST profile is listed

Tap HOST profile name > Select Add License
Scan in each information requested with the license barcodes provided by Solutions Engineering
If Velocity License barcodes are not available > Go to the Zendesk ticket requesting update on Velocity Licenses
