• If a message shows 'Can't setup no network connection', confirm WiFI is connected by WiFi icon on top right conor, press back to the Hi There! screen, and select Start again until message disappears.

MobiControl will come up and begin enrollment > Select RETRY if needed

On Sunbelt Rentals lockdown screen > press and hold the triangle back button > select Administrator > enter password: symbol

Press circle Home

Enable App permissions - Navigate Android Settings > App & notifications > Advanced > Special app access 

• Give Modify System Settings permission > Select SOTI MobiControl > Switch toggle ON for Allow modifying system settings

• back twice

• Give Notification Access permission > Select SOTI MobiControl > switch toggle ON for Allow notification access >select Allow

• back twice

Confirm WiFi SSID SBVendors is saved - Navigate Android Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > scroll down select Saved Networks

Press circle home

Open SOTI MobiControl agent app

Select Device Configuration > Profiles > Confirm all profiles Installed

• PROD - Feature Control

• PROD - GoMobile - Core Image Install - Settings Configuration

• PROD - GoMobile - Lockdown - Authentication

• Sunbelt - WiFi

Press and hold back triangle button > Select User mode

Open 123RFID and setup manual settings:

• Select the Available Reader > Set Region to United States (USA) > Select Next

• Select Finish

• Select Settings > RFID > Advanced Reader Options > Tag Reporting

• Check the box for Report Unique tags

• Select Back (settings applied will appear)

• Select the square Recents button > swipe the app up to close

Power down device > remove battery

Login to Sunbelt MobiControl

Navigate to staged devices group \\Sunbelt Rentals Inc\US\_STAGING

Confirm Device Details

• OEM Version = 11-42-18.00-RG-U01-STD-HEL-04

Confirm Configurations are Installed > If Installed partially or Failed:

• Force reprocess any failed packages and re-apply any configuration profiles 

Power on Device > confirm settings

• Enter Admin Mode

• Enter User mode

• Check 123RFID setting enabled

  1. Select Settings > RFID > Advanced Reader Options > Tag Reporting > confirm checked box for Report Unique tags
