For Column M, use equation =Right(L3,4).
For Column P, use equation =E3&"-"&Ln, where "n" is the same as the line you are on. Example: If you are on Line 4, the equation should be =E3&"-"&L4
Then fill out information for each column. For IMEI (Column L) , Use the first IMEI found on the device box.
For SIM Card (column N), scan ICCID. Be sure to match each device with their SIM cards.
Column O can only be filled out once device is fully stage and One Cup App is registered. You will find the registration ID at the far-right corner of the One Cup Application once registered. Ex :12795.
Once all information is filled out on Work Order form, send email seen below:

Once, email is sent, follow steps below to enroll devices into Zero Touch.
Zero Touch Device Preregistration
Log into Zero touch: Https://partner.android.com/ and download spreadsheet under the Strategic Systems Tab. Click on Download Example CSV.

Copy all IMEIs from Work Order. Paste all IMEI’s under the modemid column. See below for example on how to fill out CSV.
In Zero Touch, locate the Customer ID (compass group customer ID (1011649664) in Device Search Tab. This Customer ID is placed in the Profile ID section. Once all information on spreadsheet is filled out, file must be saved as CSV.
Tap on Device Upload. Upload CSV into Zero touch. You will see the document loading.
If successful, you will see a message like the one below. If not, be sure to check spreadsheet to ensure all information is filled out correctly.
An email will also be sent in to confirm the successful load of all devices. Please see example below. If successful, it will appear as such.
Device Staging
With the TC5x powered off, press and hold the left PTT button and press and release the power button. Hold the PTT button until presented with the Android Recovery menu. Check the third yellow line for the OS that the unit is running. From the factory, the unit should be running Android OS 11-20-18.00-RG-U00-STD-HEL-04.
Using the volume keys to navigate the list, highlight “Apply upgrade from SD card” and press the power button once to select. Then select the “HE_FULL_UPDATE_11-26-05.00-RG-U04-STD-HEL-04.zip” package.
Once the device has been upgraded, select “Power off” from the boot menu.
Repeat the first step Step 1 to go to Android Recovery to double check that the TC57 is now on OS 11-26-05.00-RG-U04-STD-HEL-04 and then reboot the device.
After the reboot, select the yellow Start button on the “Hi there” welcome screen.
Connect to appropriate Staging Network (Ex: SST Guest Access / SSTStaging)
The device will reach out to Google and transition between multiple pages.
Select Next on This device belongs to your organization page.
Device will transition from the Getting ready for work setup page to Compass’ Terms and Conditions page. Click ACCEPT.
Select Accept & continue on the Let’s set up your device page.
Note: Steps may not occur in the order listed.
Click Next on This device isn’t private page.
The device will progress through a number of AirWatch and Google configuration screens as it proceeds through setup.
Install Applications screen: Allow the device to install all applications listed. Button will change from SKIP to Continue after all apps have installed. Select CONTINUE when complete.
Always accessible (HUB) screen: Tap GOT IT if this screen displays.
Google Services screen: Leave all settings turned ON, scroll to the bottom of the page and click ACCEPT.
Click Done on Your device is ready to go! page.
The device will now begin the Launcher setup process.
On the Hub and Launcher permissions screen, scroll to the bottom and click GET STARTED to continue
Follow the instructions given on the Write Settings screen to enable the required permissions.
Tap GO TO SETTINGS
Set Allow modifying system settings toggle to ON
Tap Home to go back if it doesn’t happen automatically
Follow the instructions given on the Notification Access screen to enable the required permissions.
Tap GO TO SETTINGS
Click on Launcher
Set Allow notification access toggle to ON and click ALLOW.
Note: If you are inactive, the Notification Access instruction screen will display again. Simply click GO TO SETTINGS again.
Tap Home to go back if it doesn’t happen automatically
The device will load the Launcher. There should be 7 apps on both Launcher screens. Swipe right to view the second page of Launcher apps. If any apps are missing, allow the device to continue staging. Also, if the device has booted to the home screen, allow the unit to continue staging.
Once the device has fully staged, Launcher should be displayed. Open One Cup Application and Register device. Before closing out of One Cup , swipe down from top of the screen and disable wifi. After disabling wifi, enter the following credentials into One Cup:

Login to device in ariwatch to rename device. https://cn35.airwatchportals.com/AirWatch/#/Device/Dashboard
Username: SSTC
Password: C0mP@55+!!!!+
Type in last four of IMEI to bring up device
Click on pencil in the far-left corner
Delete the Friendly Name.
Rename to the [Operation Name-IMEI#]
Ex: Charlotte-352724112411722
Select Save.
Once checked for Select Hub Icon. (If Always Accessible page pops up, select Got it)
The device opens up to the Welcome to Hub page. Select the Support icon at the bottom right of the screen.
On the Support page, select the CZ icon in the top right corner. When the Account page opens, select This Device.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Managed Apps. The device should show all five applications listed below. Click Back when done.

On This Device page, Select Products. The five files below should appear with the status of Completed. The sixth product, “CTG AE PROD - Clear Google App Cache”, will have a status of Download Pending.
