8/25/25 - Standardized document - BP
Summary: The RFID Spot truck project consists of Fixed RFID readers & ET Tablets. The RFID readers are mounted on trucks and track trailers throughout the yard. The tablet runs their application and draws data from our Yard tracking RFID use case, but does not run our software on tablet. The RFID Readers will be configured and tested with cellular, including activation of SIMs via contact with Capstone prior to shipping. The ET Tablets will be enrolled in SOTI and also tested with cellular, including activation prior to shipping.
*Notes:Â ET85 only for use in high temperature sites (IE: Amarillo) where the ET65 will be used in standard deployments going forward to allow them to use android where possible.

Log into Zendesk and navigate to the relevant Work Order ticket.
In the bottom left corner, click the "Apply macro" button.
Search for and select the macro: Work Order - Ready for QA.
Applying the macro will automatically change the ticket status and generate an internal note. Before submitting, add the following line to the bottom of the note:
This order has been staged and is ready for QA. When QA is complete, please use the macro "Work Order - Ready to Ship" to move it to the next stage. Please post the tracking number(s) when available.
Send the updated internal note.
For QA: Submitting the note notifies the Solution Engineering team that the devices are ready for their QA process. They will update the ticket when their review is complete.
For Shipping: After QA, the Customer Service team is notified to pack the order, generate shipping labels, and post the final tracking numbers to the ticket.
Once the note has been sent, you may proceed to the "Asset Spreadsheet & Email Notification" section.
This final section covers documenting the staged assets in the master spreadsheet and notifying the relevant teams.
IMPORTANT: Do not proceed with this section until the tracking number(s) have been posted in the Zendesk ticket. All spreadsheet fields must be complete before sending the email.
