ET60 Staging

**Process uses files found on shared drive at Technical Services\Customer Files\Disney\DCL - Disney Cruise Lines\Staging and Kitting Services\ET60**

Important: While the items listed above are typically required for work orders related to this model, there may be exceptions. Please review the "Work Details" section in the work order excel sheet (Section 2) for the specific Work Order to confirm the necessary items.

Applies to Zebra ET60 Tablet - Model (ET60WW-0S5DPSK0A0-00)

Step 1: Preparation

1. Perform a power up inspection of the devices. Verify that the device loads to setup screen and touch screen is working.

2. Power off the device, remove the battery from the tablet

3. Asset tag the device.

   • Use the "ET60 Asset Location" file. This will show where to put the asset tag. 

4.  Record the serial numbers and corresponding asset tag numbers in the work order.

   • Use the "Device Capture Example" file. This will show you what the results should look like in the work order.

5.  Re-install the battery for the tablet.

6. Insert the stylus into the right-hand side of the tablet

   • Use the "ET60 Stylus Install Guide" file. This will walk through how to install the stylus.

7. Insert the tassels for the tablet

   • Use the "ET60 Tassel Install Guide" file. This will walk through how to install the tassels.

8. Insert the shoulder straps for the tablet

9. Remove the charging port door (the side to remove is TBD)
